Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Pumf.it (pumf.it, including its MCP server), operated by Yurii Burlaka, individual entrepreneur (FOP), Ukraine ("we"). By using the service you agree to them. Contact: yurakaburlaka@gmail.com.
The service
Pumf.it provides market intelligence and ASO tools for app developers, built on public App Store, Google Play and Google Trends data. Most features are free and need no account. App Review is invite-only. Paid memberships give access to extra research and features described on the membership page.
Accuracy
Data comes from public sources and our own estimates (for example, install counts and opportunity scores). It may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Pumf.it gives information, not professional or financial advice; decisions you make with it are your own.
Acceptable use
- Don't overload or disrupt the service, bypass rate limits or scrape it in bulk; automated access is welcome through the MCP server within its limits.
- Don't upload content that you have no right to use, or that is illegal or harmful.
- Don't use the service to break the law or the rules of the App Store or Google Play.
We may limit or stop access for anyone who breaks these rules.
Screenshot and carousel tools
The screenshot maker, the carousel generator and the MCP generate_screenshot tool create images from what you upload or enter. You must not use them to create, upload or share:
- sexual, pornographic or other NSFW content, including nudity and sexually suggestive images;
- any content that sexualises minors — we report it to the authorities;
- violent, hateful, harassing or discriminatory content;
- content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy, or that is illegal.
These tools are meant only for app store screenshots and promotional images of your own apps. We may delete such content, block the upload and suspend or end access, including paid memberships.
Paid memberships
- Memberships are monthly subscriptions, billed in advance through our payment provider and merchant of record, Creem, which handles payment, taxes and receipts.
- A subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; it then stays active until the end of the paid period.
- If something went wrong with a payment or you want a refund, write to yurakaburlaka@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge — we review every request in good faith.
- Prices are shown before you pay. We may change prices for future billing periods and will tell members in advance.
Your content
You keep the rights to what you upload or submit (for example, screenshots and app details). You let us process it only to provide the service to you.
Our content
The site, its design, reports, blog posts and code belong to us. App names, icons and screenshots of third-party apps belong to their owners.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties. We do our best to keep it running but can't promise it is always available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last three months.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will post changes on this page with a new date. You can stop using the service at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of Ukraine, unless the law of your country gives you a right to another forum.
